General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Welcome to the MYSK webshop. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop and govern the relationship between you (customer) and us as a service provider.
By using this website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Offer and Order

All products displayed in the webshop constitute a non-binding offer. An order becomes binding once the purchase process is completed and you receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons – e.g., in case of suspected misuse or unpaid previous orders.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT (if applicable). Additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the order process.

Payment must be made in full before delivery.

Delivery

Shipping is carried out by our partner delivery services within Austria and, if necessary, within the EU. Details on shipping methods and costs can be found on our "FAQs" page under "Shipping".
Delivery time within Austria is usually 1-3 working days. We assume no liability for delays on the part of the delivery services.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Customers have the legal right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was damaged.

Liability

MYSK assumes no liability for possible allergic reactions or incompatibilities with certain skin types. We recommend always reading the product description and ingredients before use. Liability for damages is excluded in cases of slight negligence – except for injuries to life, body, or health.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, photos, logo, design) is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or use without explicit permission is not permitted.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Austrian law applies to all contracts and legal relationships, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Salzburg, Austria.

Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
